It all started with a problem: we didn’t have any hot water to shower in. We had an electrical water heater that we needed to turn on in advance to have a proper hot and steamy shower. We were students without much money , but with a lot of motivation to change our situation and the world.
It all started as a “garage project”. First, we managed to control the old switch from anywhere, but we didn’t want to stop there. We continued to develop a smart, energy saving, malfunction detecting and easy to use switch.
